And now, a little more about our riding lesson program......
We are a riding academy and as such, we teach our students how to ride and progress in their riding skills which requires a minimum of regular, weekly lessons.
To be good at any sport, especially horseback riding (which involves trying to convince a 1200 pound horse to work with you), means you have to be committed, attend weekly lessons, and then, if possible, practice on your own with one of our leased horses or
a horse of your own.
So, if you are a serious equestrian and interested in learning how to ride, and if you can commit to a minimum of once weekly lessons, on an annual basis (weather permitting),
then we would love to have you!
It is only then can you master optimum equestrian skills necessary to be a good rider and one who can be competitive at the shows or
on the trail......

Students under the age of 18 are required to wear protective headgear, bring their own helmet if they have one, or one
of ours will be provided for them.
Flat soled shoes with at least a one-half inch heel must be worn, no sandals or tennis shoes.
You can download a copy of our Barn Policy (below) and upon arrival at the student's first lesson,
the Waiver of Liability must be signed.
We focus on western, english, hunt seat, dressage, jumping and gaited disciplines with the main goal of establishing a good, balanced seat,
natural horsemanship techniques, and skills to optimize safety of our riders and our horses.
