Fresh succulent Hereford beef is prepared by local
butchers to your personal specifications. Then it is quick frozen
to preserve its flavor and nutrients. Fresh from the butcher
to your home freezer. No worries about how it was handled or
if it is fresh.
All of our beef is farm raised, corn fed beef, all
natural without harmful growth hormones or antibiotics. Because
we don't operate as a huge feed lot, our quantities of freezer
beef is limited and must be ordered in advance. Through special
arrangements with these local meat lockers, Marjorie is able to
offer half or quarter sides of beef. Also, you may select specialty
cuts which may be ordered. Hereford meat has won national taste
cook-offs year after year, which just goes to prove that hereford
